Als Marketing Lead - Content & Design übernimmst du die Verantwortung, unsere Marketing- und Kommunikationslandschaft zu gestalten, aufzubauen und zu skalieren.

Dabei bist du Strategieentwickler und Umsetzer:
Du konzipierst Inhalte eigenständig, textest, designst und stellst sicher, dass alles in einer klaren Marken- und Kommunikationslogik zusammenläuft.

Du entwickelst die gesamte Bandbreite an Materialien - von Broschüren und Präsentationen über digitale Assets und Social Media Content bis hin zu Video-Formaten - und baust eine zentrale Mediathek für unsere Vertriebspartner auf.

Diese Rolle bietet dir die einmalige Möglichkeit, ein Fintech in seiner Skalierungsphase zu begleiten, Strukturen zu formen und mittelfristig ein eigenes Team aufzubauen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption, Textierung und visuelle Umsetzung von Marketing-Materialien (Print, Präsentationen, Digital, Video, Social) - direkt und eigenständig
  • Entwicklung und Pflege einer konsistenten Marketing-Storyline und Markenführung
  • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer digitalen Partner-Mediathek
  • Übersetzung komplexer Finanz- und Investmentthemen in klare, differenzierende Botschaften
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Vertrieb und Produktteams, um Materialien zielgruppengerecht und regulatorisch korrekt umzusetzen

Anforderungen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in Fintech, Financial Services oder einer regulierten Branche
  • Exzellente Text- und Konzeptionsstärke, verbunden mit Design-Skills (sehr gute Fähigkeiten mit Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint etc. sind ein must)
  • Freude daran, Inhalte selbst zu kreieren und umzusetzen - vom Konzept bis zum finalen Asset
  • Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke

**Job Description**

+ **Strategic Product Advising**
+ Lead the strategic technical relationship across Sprinklr's Core suite: Social Publishing, Listening, Paid Ads, Marketing Analytics.
+ Act as the primary advisor on platform architecture, user journeys, tagging schemas, and governance frameworks.

+ Understand the client's tech stack and vendor landscape to position Sprinklr as a consolidator and differentiator.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Fluency in the German language, verbally and in writing.
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 6+ years in MarTech, AdTech, or digital media consulting, working with enterprise-grade solutions and cross-functional marketing teams.
+ Deep experience in campaign setup, media planning, or brand marketing strategy at large organizations.
+ Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy (organic, paid, owned) and platform analytics.
+ Ability to configure, audit, and optimize workspace and tagging structures in complex enterprise environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating key aspects of our film campaigns - from creative production and localization to event logistics, promotional partnerships, and administrative workflows.
Creative production and coordination of marketing materials
+ Oversight of trailer and spot localization for media campaigns, including coordination of mixes, quality control, approvals, and timely delivery
+ Management and coordination of external creative agencies throughout the development process
+ Cross-functional collaboration at the local and international level with the goal of ensuring that all integrated elements of a campaign are implemented as planned and according to the highest standards
Media, promotion and event support

+ Coordination of event logistics and production of POS materials
