**Job Description**
You will sit in the The Global Product & Launch Strategy (GPLS) group is part of our Global Portfolio Division comprised of approximately 10,000 employees spanning over 70 countries. Our GPLS organization is responsible for our global product strategy organization focused on fueling the growth of Takeda through our inline portfolio strategy and focus on the life cycle management and on launching the future by focusing on our rich pipeline. Our main goal is to prepare to commercialize our unprecedented pipeline that includes the best or in first-class therapies, many of which have complex or under-developed markets or therapy areas. You will report to the Head of Global Access Strategy, GI-Inflammation.
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
+ Deliver Market Access tactics for Entyvio and other assets from GI Inflammation portfo-lio to ensure successful pricing negotiations and reimbursement in countries.
+ Provide a single contact for all market access needs and activities for assigned prod-ucts/indications within Therapeutic Area Franchise.
+ Provide early input into clinical development programs for Entyvio and pipeline products to ensure the right evidence is collected to support reimbursement and pricing negotiations.
+ Contribute to Entyvio late lifecycle planning to ensure continued value recognition and support readiness considering the competitive IBD space
+ Understand the access and payer needs and propose strategic, implementable solutions to support reimbursement, sustainable value and patient access
ACCOUNTABILITIES
+ Be an active member of a Global Pricing and Access team within selected Global Product Teams that develop and deliver an integrated patient access and value strategy for all early assets and BD products based on an understanding of the science and disease, patient and care giver needs, and the evolving payer landscape and evidence requirements.
+ Partner with major countries, regional access teams and Global Market Insights teams to ensure that the market access and value strategy contributes to the definition of the asset strategy of each rele-vant pipeline product so that at launch (and beyond) the product delivers the value proposition most relevant to payers and is supported by a global value story, compelling evidence package, and pricing strategy to maximize both patient access and the life-time value of the product.
+ Work with GHE & Pricing colleagues to ensure "one Team one voice" within the entire organization. Represent GPA voice and position in the main meetings leverage and ensure ap-propriate representation of GPA important expertise (GHE Pricing) whenever relevant.
+ Assess important possible effects of post-launch inflection points and obtain appropriate payer and reimburse-ment strategies
+ Evaluate and influence evidence generation plans by summarizing payer/HTA insights. Anticipate the outcomes of key HTA body assessments to determine the possible effects for value positioning and evi-dence requirements.
+ Support GPA preparation to all main governance meetings (PRC, CLC).
+ Develop the global, integrated Market Access Plan (TVP in collaboration with GHE, Evidence, Strate-gic Pricing, Partner Engagement and LOC Implementation) and implement Access deliverables to achieve successful reimbursement and pricing for Takeda's assigned Therapeutic Area products
+ Develop access frameworks that consider and anticipate the evolving health care environment to create win-win-win situations for patients, payers and Takeda.
+ Lead horizon scanning and in-depth understanding of payer regulations and priorities, and the needs of all payer types (e.g. HTA agencies, institutions and patients) across major countries and arche-types.
+ Collaborate with Regions and Local Operating Companies (LOCs) to ensure external payer focus and recent trends in Therapeutic Area are incorporated into Global asset strategy, and lead training programs to enhance the understanding of Market Access with important team members

EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS:
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience, minimum 5 years of market access experience with experience developing market access strategies at a global and local level including pricing, reimbursement and access. Immunology experience.
+ Experience with global markets and payer environment, (e.g. HTAs, payer coverage and reimbursement, pricing and contracting, formulary management, health technology assessment and payment policy). Direct experience in payer negotiations desirable.
+ Make clear business arguments and recommendations applying both quantitative and qualitative evidence and make decisions with limited information.

$174,500.00 - $274,230.00

Join Ormco as a **Global Digital Marketing Manager** . In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of our global digital marketing strategy, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns across all channels. **Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and champion the overarching global digital marketing strategy to be executed by regions, aligning with business objectives and driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention across international markets.

+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with regional marketing teams, sales, product, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing strategies with broader business initiatives.
+ **Regional collaboration and support:** Serve as a key point of contact and advocate for regional marketing teams, providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure effective implementation of global initiatives.
+ **Budget Management:** Oversee the global digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
+ **Vendor Management:** Evaluate and manage relationships with external agencies and technology vendors.
+ **Staying Ahead of Trends:** Continuously monitor the evolving digital marketing landscape, identifyingnew technologies, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on global strategy and execution.
+ 3-4 years of experience in leadership role.
+ Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEM, SEO, email, paid social, display, website).
+ Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
+ Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different cultures and time zones.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
+ Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hubspot).
+ Familiarity with global website management and localization best practices.
