Hauptaufgaben
  • Planung, Mitgestaltung, Durchführung und Leitung von Vor-Ort-Kontrollen bei der UBS im In- und Ausland hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Vermögensverwaltung ("Global Wealth Management") und Verhaltensaufsicht (Conduct)
  • Kommunikation der Ergebnisse der Vor-Ort-Kontrollen gegenüber dem Senior Management der UBS
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit in der Rolle als Querschnittfunktion mit der UBS-Aufsicht sowie den relevanten Fachspezialisten
  • Sicherstellung der Dokumentation der Ergebnisse; vertiefte Abklärung aufsichtsrechtlich relevanter Regelverstösse und damit verbundener Probleme des beaufsichtigten Instituts; Ausarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Massnahmen auf organisatorischer, personeller, operativer oder finanzieller Basis
  • Zusammenarbeit mit ausländischen Aufsichtsbehörden (insbesondere USA, Asien und UK)
  • Einbringen neuer Ideen in unsere Arbeitsabläufe und Instrumente
Profil
  • Hochschulabschluss in ökonomischer oder juristischer Fachrichtung idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Wirtschaftsprüfer oder Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer bankengesetzlichen Prüfgesellschaft oder bei einer bankinternen Revisionsstelle
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Analyse, sowie sehr gute Organisations-/Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
  • Hohes Urteilsvermögen und sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit überzeugendem Auftritt auf allen Hierarchiestufen
  • Empathische, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit überzeugendem Auftreten, Verhandlungskompetenz und einer Prise Humor
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (C2) oder sehr gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache (B2)

  • Eine aktive Marktbearbeitung und die Stärkung der Präsenz von Colin&Cie vor Ort
  • Das Gewinnen neuer Kunden durch den Aufbau von Vertrauen und Zutrauen in die eigene Person und Colin&Cie
  • Die Beratung der Kunden anhand eines zielorientierten Beratungsansatzes mit individuellen Anlagestrategien
  • Die Implementierung der Anlagestrategie und das laufende Portfolio Management
  • Die Betreuung von 35 bis 45 Kundenbeziehungen und die Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben mit hoher Servicequalität
