· Main responsibilities include end-to-end handling of Client Offboarding, such as:
· Orchestration of all required activities with relevant internal partners, including cash transfers, asset transfers, product cancellations (e.g., cards, loans), and custody/account/relationship deactivation
· Collaboration with other teams, for example Asset Transfer Team, Front / Back Office
· Support of Front Office with certain responsibilities, such as client contact, product sales, mandate closures
· Managing standard operating procedures and working on process enhancements
· Identifying risk items and escalating them accordingly to senior management
**Your team**
You'll be working in the Client Offboading Team. Your team consolidates the end-to-end process of Offboardings for all Global Wealth Management clients. This opportunity is a start for further development and may be your chance for a professional career within.
**Your expertise**
· understanding of banking products, min. 6 months relevant banking experience
· language skills: good skills in English and German (written and oral). Other languages are an advantage
· commercial education/diploma or comparable education, higher graduation is an advantage
· excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· ability to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate high level of flexibility, positive attitude and result driven mindset
· 5 days Work from Office is a must
· demonstrate ability to deliver outputs with accuracy and high quality of service deliver
· curious, eager to learn and great with receiving and giving feedback
· demonstrate Flexibility to work and partner with different teams based on business requirements and change of work prioritization

**Your expertise:**
- fluent in German and English (oral and written), French and Italian language skills are a plus

As a CRM Consultant at Synpulse, you will support financial institutions in designing and implementing future-oriented customer relationship management and marketing technology solutions.   • Evidence of sales successes and project acquisition by leading activities or supporting senior management

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams across projects or workstreams

**Required Skills and Experience**
+ 7+ years of work experience in business strategy consulting in the banking and insurance industry, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field
+ Project experience in process excellence, target operating model design, post-merger-integration, research, compliance
+ Background in Business Analytics
+ Lead projects for global financial services organizations at the intersection of business and technology
+ Deep expertise in structuring and developing competitive proposal on various subjects
+ Skilled in gathering and synthesizing data, conducting market research, and developing actionable insights and recommendations
+ A deep understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and market trends
