Junior Sales & Business Development Manager (M/F) Befristeter Vertrag 6 Monate 80/100%
Ihre Hauptaufgabe
Sie sind verantwortlich für den Aufbau neuer Verkaufsstellen in der gesamten Deutschschweiz . Sie berichten an die Schweizer Niederlassung von Moteo, Grandjean Diffusion SA, und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:
- Aufbau eines Händlernetzwerks für Lambretta und SYM (4. Scooter Marke auf dem Schweizer Markt).
- Verlängerung bestehender Händlerverträge für die Saison , zwischen November und Januar.
Sie sind dynamisch, flexibel und bereit, während 6 Monaten alle Regionen der Deutschschweiz aktiv zu bearbeiten . Sie sind kontaktfreudig, praxisorientiert, ausdauernd und überzeugend im Umgang mit erfahrenem Händler.
20 % (Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besuchen)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines regionalen Wachstumsplans für Lambretta.
- Erstellung / Planung der Besuchsliste, Qualifikation, Bewertung bestehender oder potenzieller Verkaufsstellen.
- Pflege eines zentralen Informationsdossiers, Kontrolle von Verträgen und Bestellungen.
- Gesamte Betreuung neuer Verkaufsstellen: Administration, Schulung, POS-Material, Onboarding.
% Business Development
- Identifikation und Rekrutierung neuer Vertriebspartner durch zahlreiche Besuche in der Deutschschweiz.
- Aufbau des Lambretta-Netzwerks (Vertragsabschlüsse) und Entwicklung von SYM in ausgewählten Regionen.
- Identifikation und Erwerb neuer Vertriebskanäle (offline/online).
% Verlängerung bestehender Verträge 2025/2026
- Besuche bestehender Agenten, Betreuung und Vertragsvalidierung für die Saison 2025/2026.
- Aktualisierung des zentralen Dossiers, der Kundenschnittstelle sowie der Vertriebsdokumente (Verträge).
Ihr Profil und Ihre Stärken
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Qualifizierung und Entwicklung eines B2B-Vertriebsnetzes (obligatorisch).
- Schweizerdeutsch als Muttersprache (obligatorisch) , gute Französischkenntnisse.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel), idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP/CRM.
- Kommunikative Stärke, Überzeugungskraft, Ergebnisorientierung, Ausdauer und Dynamik.
- Selbständigkeit, Prioritätensetzung, Multitasking-Fähigkeit, pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität.
