This role offers the opportunity to help shape the adoption of a novel therapeutic approach in cardioplegia. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about advancing patient care and supporting the integration of innovative treatment options into routine clinical practice.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serves as the primary driver for establishing and expanding relationships with all key and secondary accounts, effectively opening doors and unlocking sales opportunities
+ Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy aligned with company goals.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, prescribers, and healthcare decision-makers.
+ Identify and prioritize target customers through CRM analysis and customer record management.
+ Create and implement a territory business plan to ensure product availability in hospital pharmacies.
+ Support the introduction of novel therapeutic approaches by engaging with healthcare professionals and facilitating the integration of new treatment options into clinical practice.
+ Educate stakeholders on the value proposition of our product portfolio.
+ Identify access barriers and develop tailored solutions to gain market entry and drive adoption.
+ Lead local market access initiatives and support internal teams with training and market insights.
+ Ensuring product availability after successful price negotiations with heads of pharmacies in cooperation with Market Access team
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Hospital Nurse or/and Perfusionist background are welcome.
+ 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical / medtech access or sales
+ Experience in Cardiology and pharmaceuticals used in operating room environments is a strong advantage.
+ Existing network of cardiac surgeons a plus
+ Fluency in German and good English.
+ Deep understanding of national and local healthcare systems.
+ Proven ability to open new markets and drive access strategies.
This is a field-based role, any other non-field days are in home office.

**What you will do?**
As a **Rental Key Account Manager** , you will work with selected Cat Dealers in Northern Europe to quickly grow the Europe Rental Key Account Program. You will focus on building a portfolio of new business and develop the existing accounts. You will act as a liaison between the Cat dealer network and the Customer Accounts and will ensure both customer satisfaction and Dealer revenue growth. The job includes tasks such as:
**Grow the number of accounts in the program for selected countries:**
+ Identify industry segments with strong growth potential.
+ Develop a deep understanding of specific segments value chain, rental needs, and decision-making process.
+ Work with dealers to identify and qualify new account opportunities.
+ Offer qualified accounts to join the Europe Rental Key Account Program.
+ Ensure that account decision makers have been fully exposed to the features/ benefits available from the Program.
**Develop existing accounts:**
+ Develop and execute account strategies and activities for specified accounts.
+ Establish a long-term strategic relationship with customers and identify business needs and problems.
+ Follow-up on relevant customer rental leads to ensure dealers are delivering the Key Account Program benefits.
+ Provide dealers with key customer insights to improve service level to customers and help dealers make informed commercial decisions.
+ Have regular business reviews with assigned accounts to collect customer feedback, identify future project needs, resolve any outstanding issue.
**Support Dealers in executing the program.**
+ Provide customer feedback to dealers.
+ Work with relevant dealer account managers to provide an exceptional customer experience.
+ Help dealers develop operational rental capabilities to execute the program.
+ Manage the compliance of assignments and keep up to date with new industry trends, changing technology and regulations affecting the competitive environment.
**Key skills for your successful assignment:**

**Relationship Management:** Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
**Account Management:** Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities, providing services and support to existing clients.
**Value Selling:** Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology, and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
**Additional keys to success (Desired Qualifications)** :
+ Progressive experience in Key Account Management with large international customers (mainly in rental and/or construction equipment industry).
+ Strong verbal, written and visual communicator **(Fluency in English & German and desired knowledge of Scandinavian language)** .
+ Proven track record of sales success with documented results.
+ Ability to be a change agent, be flexible, as the program expands.
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to successfully influence others and achieve goals.

**About the role**
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team in Switzerland till end August 2026. It is a great opportunity to take responsibility for developing and growing accounts in the Swiss Off-Trade. If you are interested in a position with significant impact, this one is for you!
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Management and ownership of your customer accounts in the Off Trade channel. Run full day-to-day business.
+ Establish and foster relationships at customer level with decision-makers.
+ Plan and conduct annual negotiations
+ Increase sales by identifying distribution opportunities, white spots, optimize promotional plans and activations together with support functions.
+ Comprehensive analysis of the relevant customer and category data. Elaborate and implement tailormade and data driven customer strategy recommendations.
+ Support development of customer specific marketing concepts together with Customer Activation and track via measures of success.
+ Implement new product launches and campaigns
+ Facilitate category management projects
+ Collaboration with the field organization and important internal stakeholders such as revenue growth management, customer activation, finance, logistics and customer experience teams
**About you**
+ Proven experience in a commercial or Key Account Management role, ideally in an FMCG environment
+ University degree (or equivalent) in business administration/economics or similar
+ Proven negotiation skills
+ Strong ability to build, develop and maintain relationships
+ Intuition for business paired with analytical skills
+ Engaging teammate, focus on total team delivery
+ Positive energy, solution oriented, self-confident in own area, strong team member, committed to own development, pro-active, structured way of working, strong analytical skills
+ Fluent in English, German

**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly with high-cost drugs in hospital settings.
+ Background in biosimilars or therapeutic areas such as Rare Diseases, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology.
+ Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; advanced qualifications in Business Administration or Health Economics are advantageous.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Ideally Fluent in **German and French** is essential; **English** proficiency is also required. Italian is a plus.
+ Willingness to travel regularly across Switzerland.
+ Valid Swiss driving license.
