Per conto di un nostro cliente, stiamo selezionando uno/a Responsabile Project Management Vendita/Marketing

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione e coordinamento di progetti di sviluppo prodotti per clienti private label

  • Coordinamento con funzioni interne (vendite, marketing, innovazione, acquisti, produzione, qualità) e interlocutori esterni (clienti, agenzie, fornitori)

  • Sviluppo e implementazione delle etichette e del packaging

  • Supporto alla promozione e alla comunicazione dei prodotti (social media, sito web, webshop, agenzie esterne)

  • Gestione del budget marketing

  • Analisi dei mercati e dei competitor

  • Definizione e aggiornamento dell'assortimento natalizio, con particolare attenzione allo sviluppo packaging
 

Requisiti

  • Esperienza comprovata (3?5 anni) nella gestione di progetti di sviluppo prodotto in ambito Food, Pharma o contesti industriali affini
  • Eccellente conoscenza del tedesco e dell'italiano (requisito indispensabile) e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; altre lingue costituiscono un plus
  • Ottima conoscenza delle metodologie di project management (es. Agile, Waterfall)

  • Spiccata capacità organizzativa, di coordinamento e comunicazione

  • Attitudine al problem solving, senso pratico, autonomia operativa

  • Esperienza in contesti aziendali di medie dimensioni con ruoli trasversali

  • Residenza in Ticino o disponibilità a trasferirsi

**Job Description Summary**
As Head of Service PM, YOU will lead and define the strategic execution of Service Projects; ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and budget adherence. This role includes robust operational processes, EHS, quality systems, and standardizes operating models & tools throughout the OTR (execution) cycle.

This business line typically offers a range of products, such as transformers, switchgear, power cables, and related technologies that are essential for maintaining the integrity and reliability of electrical grids.
Our site in Oberentfelden is a centre of excellence for the development, production and service of metal-encapsulated, gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear, their components & drives.

**Your Mission:** As Head of Service PM, YOU will lead and define the strategic execution of Service Projects; ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and budget adherence. This role includes robust operational processes, EHS, quality systems, and standardizes operating models & tools throughout the OTR (execution) cycle.
The following teams fall under your direct responsibility: Project Management (6 FTEs), Project Engineering (4 FTEs).
**Main Responsibilities & KPIs:**
+ Customer communication and satisfaction
+ Sales pacing, respecting revenue recognition rules
+ Project portfolio reviews (around 100 - 200 projects)
+ Support to project execution, facilitate contact with Sales within the Region
+ Margin deviation monitoring and approval
+ Manage risk and opportunities
+ Cash collection (overdues, retention)
+ Consistency, alignment and efficiency across all direct departments
+ Reinforce PM competencies (communication, planning, cost assumptions, sales planning, contract management)
+ Continuous communication and delivery alignments across all departments including workshops
+ Improve contract management, with strong RoE (Return on Equity) about T&Cs of contracts
**Main KPIs:**
+ Quarterly sales, margins, cash-in and finished goods
+ Request kept, order overdues (shared with Global Supply Chain function)
+ Under / Over-recovery of the direct hours (ensure that all salaries, facility management costs, cars, tools are sufficiently covered through the overhead on the hourly rate)
+ Quality and Customer satisfaction KPIs
**Key Requirements:**
+ Technical graduate degree, such as production technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a successfully completed technician education in the field: industry / electrical engineering / mechanical engineering
+ A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant hands-on experience in similar tasks
+ At least 7 years of experience as a manager with personnel responsibility
+ Product knowledge High Voltage Products, appreciated for circuit breakers, hybrid switchgears and Instrument transformers
+ Knowledge in the field of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) processes
+ Understanding and interpretation of business key performance figures
+ **Fluency in English and German (written & spoken)**
+ Outstanding cross-functional collaboration within matrix environments
+ Secure interpretation of regulations, standards and specifications
+ Secure handling of SAP (Focus on Project Management and Engineering)
+ Proficiency of MS Office applications (eg. Excel, Powerpoint)
+ Openness to national and international travels (around 15% yearly)
