Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of our content strategy. Reporting directly to our VP Revenue, you'll be instrumental in driving lead generation, and building Hirematic's brand presence as a challenger in the recruitment marketing space. What you will do
Content Strategy & Execution : Own and execute the content strategy across all channels, including our website, blog, LinkedIn, and newsletters. You'll produce engaging, high-conversion content pieces such as articles, use cases, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, product tutorials, video explainers, and interviews.
Lead Generation & Nurturing : Develop and optimize content and nurturing strategies to attract attention, generate awareness, build trust, and convert leads into customers. This includes creating assets like case studies, feature videos, how-to guides, webinars, and email sequences.
Product-Led Content : Work closely with our product team to translate complex features into compelling stories, visuals, and product-led content.
Social Media & Engagement : Develop and execute a robust LinkedIn strategy to grow reach, engagement, and leads.
Sales Enablement : Collaborate with the sales team to develop essential content that supports the sales funnel, such as one-pagers and sales decks.

**The Segment Content Marketing and Campaigns Manager** has global responsibility for developing the segment positioning, integrated marketing strategy and associated demand generation activities for the Data Centers segment. This is a pivotol role that will work closely with commercial leaders of the segment, business units, sales and field marketing organizations to design and develop integrated marcom campaigns that help position Eaton as a thought leader and preferred partner on the most important power management challenges facing customers. This role will drive measurable and significant improvements to customer preference for Eaton and demand generation for strategic revenue-generating products (hardware, software and services) and will achieve these objectives by delivering tailored and engaging content to support customers, as well as Eaton sellers, at all stages in their buying journey. This role will leverage regional and local input in the development of the campaign strategy and work closely with field teams to drive campaign activation and optimization.
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Differentiating Eaton with an integrated marketing strategy that build engagement and trust between Eaton and its customers in that segment across all relevant geographies.
+ Development of integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation for strategic revenue-generating offers (as defined by segment strategy teams) in the segment (hardware, software and services)
+ Developing the campaign content and audience engagement strategy, as well as GTM approach (working closely with all relevant commercial and CoE leaders)
+ Leading development of the segment message map and buyer journey maps (including definition of scenarios)
+ Orchestrating development and continuous data-informed optimization of integrated campaign journeys
+ Measurably contributing to the achievement of the segment growth plan by supporting buyers across each stage of their buying journey with highly relevant and useful content - accessible both through self-serve digital channels as well as the content used to support customer-to sales agent engagements

+ Overseeing the identification of all required sales enablement materials for both direct and indirect sellers so they are able to effectively convert demand generated by campaigns.
+ Accountability: Campaigns this role develops must support and be aligned to Eaton's strategic growth objectives for the segment they are responsible for supporting (rigorous standard planning process will be followed to ensure buyer needs at the center)
+ Field marketing collaboration: Essential to closely involve field marketing in every stage of the process to ensure strong alignment and regional/local relevance of all integrated campaigns, field marketing experience a plus

We are seeking a strategic, business-minded, and customer-centric Strategic value & Ecosystem Marketing Manager to lead the design and implementation of a unified value proposition, brand identity, and business model architecture for the Peripheral Intervention (PI) portfolio in EMEA.
This newly created role will serve as the strategic architect of our PI ecosystem - translating product, service, and digital solutions into cohesive commercial platforms that differentiate BD in the market. The ideal candidate will bridge marketing strategy, commercial innovation, and value creation to unlock new growth opportunities and revenue streams.
**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Design a Harmonized Value Proposition**
- Build a unified, modular value proposition framework for the full PI portfolio, tailored to the needs of clinicians, procurement, and hospital administrators
- Articulate the unique value of BD's ecosystem approach, including products, services, digital tools, and education
- Partner with country marketing teams to localize and activate the framework across regions
**2. Define the Brand Identity for PI in EMEA**
- Lead the development of a strategic brand narrative that positions BD PI as a forward-thinking partner in smart, efficient, and outcomes-driven care
- Collaborate with global and regional partners to ensure brand consistency and differentiation across touchpoints
- Define and monitor brand equity KPIs, ensuring alignment with BD's overall positioning
**3. Build Scalable Business Models** **aligning services with our current offer**
- Developing Clinical & Operational Solutions: Co-create and support the implementation of care pathways, cath lab/OR workflows and, drive operational excellence
- Transformational Project work: Lead complex change management projects, design growth strategies, implement same-day discharge or remote care programs
- Design commercially viable business models that combine capital, disposables, services, and digital tools (e.g., service bundles, subscription models, value-based contracts)
- Evaluate new revenue opportunities tied to ecosystem solutions and support pilots with commercial, finance, and market access teams
- Develop strategic blueprints for solution selling that enable teams to shift from product push to dedicated engagements
**4. Drive Strategic Alignment and Execution**
- Act as a cross-functional connector between marketing, sales, HEOR, medical, and upstream to ensure consistent messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Create and deploy toolkits, messaging platforms, and customer-facing assets to support the adoption of new narratives and business models
- Support launch excellence by embedding ecosystem and value-based thinking into launch plans
**About you**
+ 6-10 years of experience in strategic marketing, business innovation, or brand strategy - preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or consulting
+ Proven experience crafting value propositions, brand narratives, and business models
+ Strong commercial approach and ability to work cross-functionally with finance, medical, sales, and strategy teams
+ Excellent communicator with a talent for storytelling and translating complex offerings into clear, compelling value
+ Strategic problem solver who thrives in a matrix environment and is excited by the opportunity to shape the future of a business

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Global Marketing Manager, you will lead the definition and execution of commercial excellence programs to accelerate growth for BD's International Infusion Portfolio. You will be accountable for achieving strategic marketing objectives, supporting product development, and driving global revenue performance. This role requires strong collaboration with regional marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and market impact.
The International Infusion platform is responsible for the development and commercialization of infusion therapy delivery instruments, software, and services across oUS acute and global ambulatory markets. It collaborates closely with MMS Infusion, MDS WW IPD platforms, regional teams, and cross-functional partners to optimize product performance, ensure quality and patient safety, and deliver exceptional customer experience.
**Job Description**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:**
+ Drive successful new product launches and commercialization plans.
+ Manage all aspects of the marketing plan to meet financial targets and go-to-market strategies, including market sensing, development, and marketing mix.
+ Lead product lifecycle strategies, including roadmaps, portfolio rationalization, and alignment with platform and regional teams.
+ Engage customers and monitor market and competitive trends to gather insights and identify product improvement and business development opportunities.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert and product advocate, delivering training and support across functions and regions
+ Collaborate with regulatory and regional teams to support geographic expansion and registration activities.
+ Partner with supply chain and operations to manage product availability, prioritize customer and regional needs during backorders, and align production with commercial priorities.
+ Provide regular updates to leadership on portfolio progress, risks, and acceleration opportunities.
**ABOUT YOU**
+ Strong marketing acumen with experience in planning, execution, and product launches
+ Strategic problem solver with analytical capabilities and commercial awareness
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly
+ Results-oriented, with personal accountability and high integrity
+ Ability to prioritize and influence in a matrixed environment with limited supervision
+ Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to influence without authority

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing or Technical Field; MBA highly preferred
+ 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, strategy, product management or related field within healthcare, medical device and/or related industry
+ Experience and understanding of working in large matrix organization
+ Prior experience in Infusion would be a plus
+ Proficiency in English, other languages will be considered as a plus
+ Candidate expected to be based in canton Vaud, Switzerland.
+ Travel requirements: Up to 20%
