We are seeking an experienced hotel marketing professional to join our team supporting InterContinental Genève and Crowne Plaza Geneva. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement 360° marketing strategies, manage daily operations, and drive brand visibility and bookings across both properties.
What You Bring:

**Main responsibilities**
Your main objective will be to focus on driving bookings, enhancing brand awareness and ensuring a positive guest experience for our both properties in Geneva.

+ Ensure that the hotel's advertising and promotional messages are consistent.
+ Support hotels department in collaterals & brandings
+ Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and digital platforms

**What we need from you**
With a Higher Degree in Digital Marketing, you have an experience in a similar position within a hotel establishment is highly desirable. A proven experience in the creation of emailing campaigns. Knowledge in graphic design (Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Fluent French and English. Mastering German or another foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of statistical tools (Google Analytics and Google AdWords), social networks and referencing (SEO and SEA).
You are a rigorous, well-organized, creative, dynamic and multi-skilled person. You are acknowledged for your written communication and attention to detail as well as for your result orientation.

**Global Product Marketing Manager**
You will be responsible for shaping the global narrative and driving the success of Ormco's products. Be the champion for our users, ensuring our offerings resonate with their needs and stand out in the competitive landscape. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for execution, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to create engaging content that fuels growth.

**Responsibilities:**
+ **Develop and execute global product marketing strategies and plans** that align with overall business objectives and drive product adoption and growth across different regions.
+ **Conduct in-depth market research and analysis** to uncover critical insights into customer needs, the competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends. Utilize these insights to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and target audience identification.
+ **Create compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging** that clearly articulates the value proposition to target audiences across various channels and regions.
+ **Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies** that support key growth drivers, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, presentations, webinars, and sales enablement materials.
+ **Manage and mentor a staff of two product marketing professionals** , providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
+ **Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams** including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and successful productlaunches and ongoing marketing efforts.
+ **Regional collaboration and support:** Serve as a key point of contact and advocate for regional marketing teams, providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure effective implementation of global initiatives.
+ **Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)** to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
+ **Develop and deliver effective training and resources** to sales teams to equip them with the knowledge and tools to successfully position and sell our products.
+ **Stay abreast of the latest marketing technologies and best practices** to continuously improve our product marketing efforts.
**Job Requirements:**
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Proven experience (7+ years) in product marketing, with a focus on global markets.
+ Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies and plans that have driven measurable results.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
+ Experience developing content across various formats and channels.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
+ Excellent people management and collaboration skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
+ Experience in orthodontics/dental categories.
+ Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
+ Experience with internationalization and localization of marketing materials.

**MARKETING MANAGER TRAVEL RETAIL EUROPE**
Coty is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced individual to join Coty's Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Reporting to the Marketing Director, as Marketing Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of Brands, defining and executing with perfection the Marketing & Trade Marketing strategy of your Brands to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs).
You will work closely with the Global Travel Retail Team and the Global Brand Teams and, more importantly, with the Commercial and Multifunctional Team in Travel Retail Europe.
Your main focus:
+ Define Brands' strategy for the Travel Retail Europe channel, based on global guidelines but adjusted to distribution and regional needs.
+ Lead your Brands with full ownership, from strategy to flawless execution.
+ Be the Single Point Of Contact for your Brands, supporting and enabling the Commercial Team.
+ Lead the deployment of the Marketing strategy for your Brands to our retailers' external partners.
+ Define your Brands' innovation launch plan, working closely with the Commercial and Multifunctional Teams.
+ Build the animation and promotional plan for your Brands in mutualized collaboration with the Commercial Team.
+ Closely monitor Brands' performance, product launches, execution, sell-in/sell-out quantitative and qualitative information, market trends and opportunities.
+ Perform monthly business analysis and innovation reviews for your Brands, to be shared with the Global Travel Retail Team and Global Brand Teams, in collaboration with the Commercial and Multifunctional Teams.
+ Lead key monthly meetings for your Brands (S&OP, MBU).
+ Perform assortment rationalization exercises based on Travel Retail Europe consumer needs and business performance, tracking C1 to protect profitability.
+ Implement forecast process and sufficiency analysis on forecasts for saleables, samples and GWPs, and present recommendations. Monitor merchandising items forecasts.
+ Perform forecasting and shipment analysis to ensure business objectives are met, and to drive learnings to better plan for the future.
+ Ensure fit-for-use of toolboxes, challenging and partnering with the Global Travel Retail Team and Global Brand Teams.
+ Maximize Brand opportunities through finding creative solutions, making sure all executions have been fully approved by the Global Brand Team and the License.
+ Work on ad-hoc Marketing and Trade Marketing projects for your Brands and lead cross-functional projects.
+ Spearhead relationships with key internal contacts, with emphasis on effectively influencing and challenging the Commercial Team, as well as the Global Brand Teams, providing them a sound understanding of the Travel Retail Europe channel.

**YOU ARE A COTY FIT**
You are passionate about beauty andhave a sharp, analytical mind at the same time. As an experienced Marketing Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, what matters most for this role:
+ Master's degree in Management and/or Marketing (or related/equivalent discipline).
+ **Minimum 3 year's Marketing experience in Beauty/Luxury and/or Consumer Goods** .
+ Previous experience **in Color Cosmetics is strongly preferred.**
+ Previous experience in Travel Retail & Trade Marketing is a plus.
+ **Full mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with automated reporting tools is a plus (MS Power BI** ).
+ Strong analytical skills & strategic thinking, yet attention to details. Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
+ Strong collaboration and leadership skills required.
+ Sharp organization skills - being able to make the complex simple.
+ Excellent written and spoken communication.
+ Full proficiency in English. French and other languages a plus.
