Per conto di un nostro cliente, stiamo selezionando uno/a Responsabile Project Management Vendita/Marketing
Responsabilità principali

Gestione e coordinamento di progetti di sviluppo prodotti per clienti private label

Coordinamento con funzioni interne (vendite, marketing, innovazione, acquisti, produzione, qualità) e interlocutori esterni (clienti, agenzie, fornitori)

Sviluppo e implementazione delle etichette e del packaging
-
Supporto alla promozione e alla comunicazione dei prodotti (social media, sito web, webshop, agenzie esterne)

Gestione del budget marketing

Analisi dei mercati e dei competitor
- Definizione e aggiornamento dell'assortimento natalizio, con particolare attenzione allo sviluppo packaging
Requisiti
- Esperienza comprovata (3?5 anni) nella gestione di progetti di sviluppo prodotto in ambito Food, Pharma o contesti industriali affini
- Eccellente conoscenza del tedesco e dell'italiano (requisito indispensabile) e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; altre lingue costituiscono un plus

Ottima conoscenza delle metodologie di project management (es. Agile, Waterfall)

Spiccata capacità organizzativa, di coordinamento e comunicazione

Attitudine al problem solving, senso pratico, autonomia operativa

Esperienza in contesti aziendali di medie dimensioni con ruoli trasversali

Residenza in Ticino o disponibilità a trasferirsi

We're currently seeking a **Commercialisation Marketing Leader (CML)** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the executable marketing strategies within our integrated product or disease area (DA) plans. You will work closely with a cross-functional team and the Commercialisation Strategy Leader to drive our marketing efforts.
**The Opportunity**
+ Lead the marketing strategy at either the individual asset or DA level, including the co-positioning of products, launch readiness of new medicines or line extensions, and market strategies for existing assets.
+ Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints globally and locally, championing content excellence and a "core and common" approach to materials.
+ Leverage digital platforms, data analytics, and AI to develop omnichannel marketing strategies that are integrated, consistent, and tailored to diverse customer needs.
+ Design and execute customer-centric strategies that prioritize personalized and insight-driven customer journeys across global markets.
+ Sponsor, lead, or deliver key work packages identified by the Commercialisation Lead Team (CLT), such as pre-SREP work, commercial input into DACS, launch readiness, and competitive scenario planning.
+ May serve as a core member of the Commercialisation Lead Team or a key member of the marketing community, coordinating DA-level marketing efforts.
**Who You Are**
+ You have 4-8 years of experience in global and/or affiliate Pharma Marketing with a proven track record of translating strategies into actionable execution and delivering measurable results. Experience in Malignant Haematology is particularly valued.
+ You have a proven track record of delivering across all product lifecycle stages (pre/peri launch, value maximization, and sunsetting), including creating integrated, data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement.
+ You possess exceptional interpersonal and partnering skills, with a proven ability to lead through influence within cross-functional, virtual, and matrixed environments.
+ You have a demonstrated ability to solve complex, unprecedented challenges, using data-driven insights to make high-impact decisions.
+ You have outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate both strategic vision and tactical execution to cross-functional teams and leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Digital Marketing Omnichannel Experience Intern, you are responsible for innovation, activation, engagement.
You will support Coty Travel Retail's digital transformation by driving omnichannel strategies and implementing cutting-edge technologies at point of sale and across digital platforms.
Your main focus :
**Enhance POS digital experience**
- Improve digital visibility at retailer touchpoints using latest technologies
- Support installation and optimization of digital solutions at POS

**Execute 360° digital activations**
