Digital & Lead Marketing Specialist
AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
- Du bist verantwortlich für das gesamte Lead Marketing - du entwickelst, steuerst und optimierst eigenverantwortlich Leadgenerierungskampagnen über verschiedene digitale Kanäle wie Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta oder E-Mail-Marketing.
- Mit kreativen Ideen und analytischem Blick gestaltest du Landingpages und Conversion Funnels , um sowohl die Quantität als auch die Qualität der Leads zu steigern.
- Du analysierst kontinuierlich relevante Kennzahlen (z. B. CTR, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROAS ) und leitest daraus konkrete Massnahmen ab.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb pflegst und segmentierst du unsere Lead-Datenbanken und sorgst für eine effiziente Übergabe qualifizierter Kontakte.
- Du führst A/B-Tests durch, um Anzeigen, Creatives und Formulare laufend zu verbessern.
- Im engen Austausch mit dem Sales-Team stellst du sicher, dass Marketing- und Vertriebsziele optimal ineinandergreifen.
- Du erstellst Reports und Forecasts, um Transparenz über die Leads und Kampagnen-Performance zu schaffen.
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Digital Marketing mit - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Lead Marketing, speziell Leadgenerierung, und warst vielleicht bereits in der Versicherungsbranche tätig.
- Mit Tools wie Google Ads , Meta oder LinkedIn Ads bist du bestens vertraut und setzt sie zielgerichtet ein.
- Du verbindest strategisches Verständnis mit der Freude, operative Aufgaben hands-on umzusetzen.
- Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und Briefings für Text, Bild oder Design erstellen gehören zu deinem Arbeitsalltag.
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Eigeninitiative und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch zeichnen dich aus - genauso wie Teamfähigkeit und Lust auf enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb.
