Ensure the development, coherence, and continuous improvement of OCG Supply Chain standards, knowledge systems, and learning frameworks, in alignment with strategic objectives. Support operational performance by managing technical expertise and driving cross-functional integration within the MSF Supply Chain.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain OCG Supply Chain standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with the organizational strategy, operational ambitions, and evolving global requirements.
- Manage and develop the Supply Chain Expertise to guarantee high-quality deliverables, consistent technical support to the field, and effective contribution to transversal initiatives.
- Oversee the continuous improvement of supply chain tools and processes (macro, micro, SOPs, and reporting formats) to enhance operational performance, usability, and coherence across missions.
- Develop and sustain a robust knowledge management system to ensure accessibility, relevance, and up-to-date content for all supply chain documentation and platforms.
- Lead learning and development initiatives related to the Supply Chain function by designing, updating, and supervising technical training pathways and HR tools (skills matrices, assessments, etc.) for HQ and field staff.
- Coordinate supply-related learning components with other departments and represent OCG in inter-sectional platforms to strengthen alignment and cross-functional integration.
- Act as a strategic focal point for field support on supply chain standards to ensure timely and accurate responses to mission needs and reinforce adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to cross-functional studies and working groups to promote innovation, environmental responsibility, and the evolution of the supply chain model within MSF-OCG and the broader MSF movement.
Your profile
Education
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain or Project Management (e.g., APICS, CIPS, PMP) is an asset.
- Additional training in data management or adult learning methodologies is an advantage.
Experience
- MSF field experience in supply chain management is required
- Proven experience in developing or improving supply chain systems, standards, or policies.
- Experience in team management, capacity building, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain digital tools is an advantage.
Languages
- English and French are the working languages of MSF Switzerland. Fluency in both English and French is required for this position (oral and written).

+ Facilitate IMSC level management review on product and portfolio level value chain resiliency
+ Lead IMSC and cross-functional teams in evaluating and establishing mitigation strategies against enterprise-wide strategic risk to product supply (e.g., geopolitical)
+ Ensure IMSC, VCM, and VCL awareness and compliance of new and emerging governmental regulations on product supply BCP requirements
+ Participate in crisis management / recovery activities as required, and potentially play a leading role in the event the crisis is cross-product and IMSC focused
+ Act as the primary liaison to JJSC VCRM and through this relationship actively participate in shaping, improving, and implementing standards processes, risk policies, and insights creation
+ Support JJSC in communicating to governments and customers on BCP policy
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
**EDUCATION:**
+ Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; Master's or MBA degree preferred
**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:**
**Required:**
+ Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
+ Demonstrated Supply Chain business experience, including a strong knowledge end-to-end (E2E) supply chain (e.g., Value Chain Management, etc.)
+ Broad experience with proven results in the use and deployment of Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or Kepner-Tregoe)
+ Experience with risk management processes and the demonstrated ability to translate and effectively communicate to senior level stakeholders
+ Strong consensus management and collaboration skills, and ability to build effective partnering relationships and influence across functions and without direct authority
**Preferred:**
+ Experience within Pharmaceutical or related industry
+ Deep insight and understanding of overall business environment, business insight, outside orientation and networking capability
+ Strong and methodical process thinker, with the ability to lead all aspects of the linkage between strategy, outcomes, drivers and business processes
+ Demonstrated global leadership skills/competencies
+ Strong systems and data leadership skills to drive the use of analytics
**OTHER:**
+ Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
+ Requires up to 30% domestic and international travel depending on work location and business needs
+ Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

**Position Summary**

Join our dynamic team as a **Supply Chain Project Manager** and take the lead in supplier interface management throughout the program lifecycle. You will be involved in programs ranging from refurbishment and upgrade of aircraft to the full design, production, and installation of custom cabin interiors. **Your mission**
+ **Lead Supplier Collaboration:** Act as the single point of contact for suppliers across all project phases of the Completion and Refurbishment projects.
+ **Drive Project Success:** Coordinate and manage materials and services to meet project requirements.
+ **Monitor Performance:** Track supplier productivity, quality, and schedule adherence, especially for long lead-time items.

**Your profile**
