Dein Beitrag

  • Zusammen mit dem AXA-Produkteteam und unserem französischen Umsetzungspartner, entwickelst du das neue Schadenmeldungs- und Schadenbearbeitungs-System der AXA für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Mitarbeitenden.

As part of the Group Strategy Team, you will support the Group CEO and Executive Board in strategic matters and play a key role in shaping the company's future. YOUR CHALLENGE

  • In this role, you will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of Julius Baer and driving business development across the Group. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help translate strategic ambition into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes
  • You will:
  • Drive the development and implementation of the Group's long-term strategic direction, aligning strategic programmes across the organisation
  • Lead and contribute to high-visibility, Group-level strategic initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decisions
  • Drive strategic intelligence through market, competitor, and internal analyses to inform decision-making and shape the corporate strategy process
  • Design and deliver strategic initiatives and projects from concept to implementation
  • Support the strategic cycle, including preparing for strategy offsites, full-year, and half-year results presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Front, Finance, COO, Communications, to drive cross-unit projects and initiatives forward and ensure strong delivery and alignment
  • Develop high-quality strategic content for senior management and the CEO, including presentations, reports, and other key materials

YOUR PROFILE
Key qualifications:

  • A top tier University education, preferably focused on corporate strategy, finance or structured problem solving
  • 3–6 years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy or an in-house strategy or corporate development function, ideally in financial services

Essential skills:

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking
  • Ability to drive smaller projects independently and collaborate effectively across functions
  • Disciplined organization and topic/ project management skills

Personal characteristics:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership, initiative, discipline, self-motivation and execution focus
  • Proven ability to work with others and generate impact in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English required; German is an advantage

The successful candidate will operate as a consultant for our clients in the financial services industry. The first assignment will be the delivery of a large-scale KYC/AML review and remediation program. For this position we offer a
fixed term contract
until with the possibility of extension.

YOUR CAPCO DAY

  • Participating in strategic projects with key clients (Swiss Financial Institutions) to deliver strategic projects as well as complex transformations in the Banking and Payments as well as in the Wealth and Asset Management industry with a certain focus on regulatory and compliance topics
  • In the above-mentioned first assignment you will be performing client file reviews and perform quality checks in the banking industry
  • Conducting comprehensive KYC and AML analysis and driving client file remediation as needed
  • Handling of special cases and non-standard situations in a proactive, comprehensive, yet efficient approach. If needed discuss, report, and escalate complex cases with appropriate stakeholders
  • Contributing to the marketing efforts of Capco in the Wealth and Asset Management domain as well as our Risk & Compliance area
  • Being part of our journey to become the leading consultancy for Risk & Compliance topics in the Swiss Wealth & Asset Management industry
  • Leveraging the collaborative and open environment of Capco, while enjoying its unique and diverse culture (BYAW)

YOUR CAPCO FIT

  • At least 2 years of experience in Banking & Payments as well as in the Wealth & Asset Management industry, with experience in Risk and Compliance either in banks/wealth managers or in other consulting firms.
  • Ideally experience in reviewing KYC files in private banking, corporate banking and/or wealth management,
  • Passionate for the financial services industry, eager to learn and evolve and able to connect the dots between business and technology.
  • Collaborative and proactive but also bold and outspoken.
  • Self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and ability to establish and deliver on priorities.
  • Ability to handle large workloads in an efficient manner
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and being part of a high performing team
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.

We’re currently seeking experienced consultants to join us on complex SAP transformation projects and help our clients navigate their digital and operational journeys.

What you’ll do

We’re seeking experienced SAP S/4 HANA Management Consultants for Swiss and international projects across diverse industries such as financial services, life sciences, and pharma. Based in our Zurich office, you’ll be involved in a variety of projects, tailored to your personal journey and development goals.
Your tasks may include:

  • Designing roadmaps, business cases, and solutions for SAP programms
  • Implementing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions
  • Training stakeholders and facilitating workshops
  • Translating business requirements into SAP solution designs
  • Advising clients on specific solution areas to support their digital journey towards or within SAP S/4HANA

Our projects are diverse and typically involve process mapping, decision facilitation, key design decisions, project management, complex stakeholder management, and change management.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for individuals who have at least 5+ years of experience in SAP transformations from a management consulting firm, preferably also with experience in financial services (banking/insurance), life sciences, and/or pharma.
On top of that, the ideal candidate(s) will:

  • Thrive on creating results and embrace a collaborative approach to change execution
  • Value diversity
  • Possess strong analytical skills and be motivated by solving complex problems
  • Appreciate a flat organisational structure where results matter more than hierarchy
  • Be fluent in English and German (written and spoken is a must)
  • Hold a master’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related fields and hold a work permit for Switzerland
