**We're looking for a Front Office Support Associates to:**
- analyze, review and process various remediation items related to the preparation for the client migration
- manage End to end backflow of remediation items
- document client structures (legal entities & individuals) according to internal and external regulations and policies
- capture client data in internal systems
- perform Quality Checks and Controls
- coordinate with Client Account Managers and Clients to gather - information needed and be prepared for the major platform migration
- Support across teams (e.g. Reporting, Solution Design, etc.)
**Your team**
+ Team is specialized in reviewing client documentation and clean-up of data quality for both Legal Entities and Private Individuals.

**Your expertise**
- 1-2 year of banking experience
- experience in a supporting or client documentation role
- experience as a Client Advisor Assistant / Front Support Assistant
- expertise knowledge of any Swiss Wealth Manager's core banking tools is of great asset
- customer-oriented as well as pragmatic and positive can-do attitude
- ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility and responsibility
- detail oriented accuracy and structured working, ensuring the highest quality service delivery
- facilitation and problem-solving skills, with good know-how across (CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, Operations, etc.)

**Position Summary**
Jet Aviation Completions is an innovative and evolving division, and we are looking for a driven and experienced Aircraft Project Operations Manager to lead our high-performing Technical Operations Team. **Main Responsibilities**
+ **Manage and supervise:** Lead a team of up to 18 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
+ **Project oversight:** Plan, schedule, and control project activities ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
+ **Process improvement:** Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and increase efficiency using Lean principles.
