Responsable de la stratégie de relations publiques et de communication externe, ainsi que de la conception et de la mise en ?uvre du programme global d'éducation et de formation de la Manufacture.
Il/elle contribue à renforcer la notoriété, l'image et la crédibilité de la Manufacture auprès des médias, des partenaires, des détaillants, des clients et des institutions, tout en assurant une transmission cohérente et qualitative de l'histoire, des valeurs et du savoir-faire horloger de la Maison.
Responsabilités principales
Relations publiques & communication externe
- Définir et mettre en ?uvre la stratégie de relations publiques en accord avec la
vision et l'identité de la Maison.
- Développer un calendrier annuel de contenus RP (communiqués, dossiers de
presse, newsletters, discours, supports institutionnels).
- Rédiger, adapter et relire des contenus techniques et institutionnels en français et
en anglais (toute autre langue est un atout).
- Gérer et cultiver les relations avec les médias nationaux et internationaux
- Superviser le press lounge digital et les bases de contacts médias et influenceurs.
- Réaliser revues de presse et documents de préparation aux interventions du CEO.
- Assurer la communication externe avec les filiales, distributeurs et détaillants
(contenus, supports, PLV, contributions marketing).
- Représenter la Maison lors d'événements majeurs de l'industrie.
- Entretenir des relations institutionnelles avec les associations horlogères
Éducation & formation
- Définir et piloter la stratégie internationale d'éducation et de formation de la Maison.
- Concevoir, structurer, animer et mener à bien les programmes de formation pour
différents publics : détaillants et partenaires commerciaux, équipes internes, médias et influenceurs, collectionneurs et clients VIP.
- Développer des contenus pédagogiques sur : l'histoire et l'héritage de la Manufacture, l'identité et l'image de marque, le savoir-faire artisanal et horloger, l'innovation, les collections et garde-temps.
- Déployer différents formats de formation (présentiels, masterclasses, e-learning).
- Évaluer l'efficacité des formations et proposer des axes d'amélioration continue.
- Garantir une communication claire, homogène et qualitative dans l'ensemble des
initiatives de formation.
Événements & expériences de marque
- Coordonner et participer à l'organisation d'événements pour les médias, les
partenaires et les marchés.
- Gérer les invitations, l'agenda et les rendez-vous avec médias, partenaires et VIP.
- Présenter les collections et les sites emblématiques de la Maison auprès de
différents publics.
Suivi administratif & budgétaire
- Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi du budget communication & formation.
- Assurer le suivi administratif des factures et contributions marketing.
- Gérer les stocks de matériel pédagogique, marketing et RP.
- Réaliser un reporting régulier auprès de la Direction, rapport mensuel complet.
Qualifikationen
Profil recherché
Formation & expérience
- Diplôme universitaire (Bachelor/Master) en communication, relations publiques,
marketing, formation ou domaine équivalent.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience confirmée dans l'univers du luxe, idéalement en
Haute Horlogerie.
- Solide expertise en relations publiques et expérience réussie en formation et
pédagogie de marque.
Compétences techniques
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et éditoriales (FR/EN niveau C1 requis, toute
autre langue est un atout).
- Bonne compréhension des techniques horlogères et aptitude à transmettre de
manière claire des contenus techniques.
- Maîtrise des outils digitaux (CMS, CRM, plateformes e-learning, réseaux sociaux).
- Connaissances en marketing digital et communication multicanal.

Position Summary
FIDIC is seeking a proactive and well-organised Marketing & Communications Officer to provide maternity cover from September 2025. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of FIDIC's communications, marketing and events activities, contributing to the organisation's strategic objectives.
Working closely with the FIDIC Team, the consultant will assist in managing high-profile international events, developing marketing content, supporting sponsorship fulfilment and engaging stakeholders through effective communications and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of FIDIC's communications strategy in coordination with the senior management team.
- Draft and prepare engaging content, marketing materials and key messages aligned with FIDIC's objectives.
- Assist in managing FIDIC's websites, social media channels and content calendars.
- Coordinate and implement social media campaigns, ensuring consistent tone, style, and brand alignment.
- Create and schedule email campaigns using Mailchimp, ensuring accuracy, relevance and brand consistency.
- Design visually engaging materials, including event banners, social media graphics, brochures and promotional assets using Canva and other design tools.
- Support and manage event branding to ensure visual consistency across all platforms, venues, signage and promotional materials.
- Ensure all visual and written content follows FIDIC's brand guidelines.
- Support marketing and communications activities for FIDIC's conferences and events, as well as other commercial activities (FIDIC Contracts, Academy, Credentialing).
- Assist in delivering sponsorship benefits, tracking deliverables and maintaining sponsor records.
- Support the promotion and communications needs of FIDIC's membership and stakeholder engagement activities, including federation-wide initiatives, regional programmes and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and report on the performance of communications and marketing activities, suggesting improvements where needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in communications, business, marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing
- Experience in an international environment or within consulting engineering, construction or related sectors is an advantage.
- Proven experience in designing effective communication and marketing material (banners, brochures, adverts, flyers, etc.).
- At ease with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, CRM systems, Swoogo (or similar event platforms) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook).
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge and the capacity to communicate effectively in other languages are advantages.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work collaboratively as part of a small, dynamic team.
