Responsabilità

  • Supporto amministrativo e tecnico al team di vendita

  • Formazione tecnica e presentazioni di prodotti a venditori esterni e/o clienti
  • Consulenza tecnica e commerciale, e proposta ai clienti di soluzioni tecniche del portafoglio prodotti
  • Miglioramento della presenza sul mercato per garantire la soddisfazione e la crescita dei clienti
  • Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita personali e di squadra stabiliti dal management
  • Collaborazione con la Direzione Commerciale per definire le tendenze di mercato, le attività promozionali e le proposte di miglioramento del portafoglio prodotti
  • Forte supporto all'Area Sales Manager e coinvolgimento nello sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business
  • Gestione del rapporto con il cliente e/o con il venditore esterno per quanto riguarda il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e la difesa della politica dei prezzi stabilita dalla Direzione
  • Elaborazione offerte, ricezione e verifica ordini, e definizione delle condizioni commerciali in collaborazione con l'Area Sales Manager
  • Inserimento dati e aggiornamento regolare delle attività all'interno del CRM
  • Collaborazione al miglioramento continuo del processo di vendita, e al mantenimento del sistema di qualità aziendale


Il tuo profilo

  • Laurea triennale in Ingegneria meccanica, Ingegneria elettrica o Meccatronica, o discipline affini

  • Preferibile esperienza pregressa in un ruolo commerciale
  • Buona conoscenza del tedesco, del francese e dell'inglese
  • Ottime capacità di negoziazione e persuasione
  • Forte orientamento ai risultati e attenzione al cliente
  • Ottime capacità comunicative
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare occasionalmente
