Votre Mission
Fédérer et animer l'équipe composée de Chef de projets Montres & coordonner le développement des nouveautés Panerai selon les critères de prix, de qualité et de délai.

COMMENT ALLEZ-VOUS FAIRE LA DIFFÉRENCE ?
Management de l'équipe

  • Piloter l'équipe de chefs de projets en veillant à l'atteinte des objectifs de lancement,
  • Organiser un reporting régulier des projets aux directions R&D, Opérations et Maison (planning, résultats, problèmes, budget et risques) et assurer la communication des principaux interlocuteurs,
  • Apporter un soutien technique aux membres de l'équipe et veiller à la qualité des livrables,
  • Fixer et évaluer les objectifs de l'équipe, gérer leur performance et développer leurs compétences,
  • Piloter la charge / capacité de l'équipe, construire le budget (et ses mises à jour) et en assurer régulièrement le suivi,
  • Promouvoir les valeurs de la Marque et du Groupe au quotidien.

Animation des interfaces avec les principaux partenaires internes (Produit, Qualité, Supply Chain & Production)

  • Consolider des besoins (briefs marketing, orientation moyen / long termes) le plus en amont possible pour donner un maximum de visibilité sur le plan de lancement,
  • Assurer une réponse rapide aux briefs en proposant proactivement des solutions industrielles et efficace en termes de cout / qualité et délais,
  • Animer les interactions entre les intervenants de la Maison sur le développement des nouveautés (marketing, création, technique, qualité, achats, service clients, finances et logistique),
  • Anticiper les points de blocage et solliciter les arbitrages nécessaires,
  • Offrir du support technique à la création et analyser les besoins par rapport aux possibilités industrielles. Communiquer efficacement les contraintes tout en étant force de proposition,
  • Veiller au respect de la planification en fonction de la date de lancement,
  • Assurer le suivi et le contrôle de l'avancement du portefeuille projets produits, communiquer l'état d'avancement et les points critiques (reporting, tableaux de bord, flash.) et anticiper les risques.

Amélioration continue

  • Veiller au suivi de la méthode de développement et à son amélioration, définir et mettre en œuvre les outils de pilotage projets,
  • Assurer le respect des différents jalons (notamment en termes de livrable) de la méthode de développement,
  • Définir et mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance pertinent de l'équipe,
  • Assurer de l'exactitude et de l'optimisation des prix de revient (avec le département Achats),
  • Identifier les leviers d'amélioration (sourcing, choix techniques, modifications de construction) permettant de réduire le prix de revient des produits et/ou améliorer la qualité.

Gestion projets transverse

  • Organiser le suivi des nouveautés fournisseurs et concurrents pour partage avec l'ensemble du département et les interlocuteurs marketing et création,
  • Cadrer / piloter les projets transverses à l'ensemble du portefeuille projet.

QUELLES SONT LES CLES DE VOTRE REUSSITE AU SEIN DE NOTRE MAISON ?

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation d'ingénieur en microtechnique ou titre jugé équivalent et avez une expérience confirmée en gestion de projets,
  • Excellent communicateur et fédérateur, vous avez au minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe,
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans la coordination de projets techniques transverses (des connaissances en horlogerie sont obligatoires) et avez une grande capacité d'adaptation et de vulgarisation de l'information,
  • Force de proposition, vous êtes curieux & ouvert d'esprit. Vous démontrez un excellent esprit d'équipe et un bon relationnel,
  • Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques usuels (excel & PPT +). Les compétences en programmation (VBA, PBI.) sont un plus,
  • Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Des connaissances en italien sont un avantage.

Position Summary

As a Product Development Specialist - Ready to Drink, you can make a difference in children's lives from pregnancy to toddler by developing the next generation of infant nutrition products.   • Drive nutrition-based development and deliver innovative powder, liquid and plant-based product/process solutions to support the innovation pipelines

**Eligibility Requirements:**
+ **EU / EEA citizenship**
+ **Degree obtains later than December 2025**

**Let's talk about the role**
You as Product developer intern will work in close partnership with the Product developer associate, Designer and PM on the designated category and drive the review and the development of new styles, supporting the team to deliver cost targets aligned with style details and related construction.
**Get ready to make an impact! Here's what you'll be responsible for joining our team as product developer Intern**
. Translating designs into full specification packages with accurate technical details, bill of materials, construction details, size specs and grade rules, proactively offering suggestions for improved construction, aesthetics and manufacturing enhancements.
. Building efficient interaction with the Fit and Tech specialist to improve level of execution and alignment across product categories.
. Monitor style FOB targets, ensuring Timberland quality and fit standards are executed while adopting structured methods and processes to improve workflow.
. Supporting the Product developer associate to plan and track development schedule of all assigned products to ensure timely completion.
. Developing a strong relation with Regional Sourcing teams and work together with vendors to ensure all products meet required standards.
**What you Bring**
The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented team player with basic technical knowledge, interest in textile and apparel industry, strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated:
+ The ability to quickly adapts to new tools, environments and tasks.
+ The capability to collaborate with teams and that contributes positively to group objectives
+ An understanding of time management, prioritizes tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain productivity
+ A good technical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint)
+ Good communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
+ Willingness and proactive attitude

**Your main tasks**
**Simulation**
+ **Advanced Filter Design:** Engineer active EMI & harmonic filter solutions using LTSpice and ANSYS.
+ **System-Level Simulation:** Perform power electronics system analysis with ANSYS and PLECS.
**Design**
+ **Analog Circuits:** Develop discrete analog filter circuits for EMI noise suppression.
+ **PCB Development:** Lead PCB design and layouts using Altium Designer.
**Prototyping & Testing**
+ **Prototype Development:** Oversee documentation, assembly, and testing of prototypes.
+ **Validation:** Execute validation and qualification testing for robust, market-ready products.
**Innovation**
+ **Technology Assessment:** Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate emerging technologies for breakthrough solutions.
**Sustaining**
+ **Customer Expertise:** Provide technical guidance to service and pre-sales teams for Active Harmonic Filter (AHF) applications.
+ **Problem-Solving:** Support material qualification, change management, and failure analysis.
**Your ideal background**
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering (focus: Power Electronics).
+ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
**Essential Experience**
+ **Power Electronics:** Expertise in industrial devices, rectifier topologies, and motor drive systems.
+ **Simulation Tools:** Proficiency with ANSYS, PLECS, LTSpice.
+ **PCB Design:** Hands-on experience with Altium Designer.
+ **Testing:** Knowledge of lab testing from PCBA to system-level validation.
**Preferred Experience**
+ **EMI/EMC Design:** Layout optimization and filter design for noise suppression.
+ **EMC Components:** Deep knowledge of components and technologies for electromagnetic compatibility.
+ **Standards & Compliance:** Familiarity with EMI, power quality standards, and industry regulations.
