Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and establish project milestones.
- Allocate resources and develop resource-loaded schedules.
- Monitor actual progress against the baseline schedule and analyze schedule variances.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts, performing Earned Value Analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on schedule, cost, and resource status.
- Identify and evaluate schedule and cost-related risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate closely with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors for accurate updates.
- Support the Project Manager in internal and client review meetings.
- li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in planning and project control within EPC/Oil & Gas projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Project Manager – Cost Control
Per conto di una primaria società internazionale operante nel settore delle costruzioni, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager/Cost Control da inserire nell'area Svizzera Francese.
La risorsa sarà coinvolta in progetti infrastrutturali complessi , sia in fase di avvio che di esecuzione, e opererà a supporto dell'Area Country Manager e dei Direttori di Cantiere .
Responsabilità principali:
- Coordinamento delle attività di controllo su tutti i progetti presenti nell'area di competenza.
- Gestione del budget di progetto : riorganizzazione delle offerte, revisione delle previsioni a vita intera, emissione delle previsioni economiche annuali.
- Supervisione del team di Project Control: Quantity Survey , contabilità lavori, pianificazione e controllo costi.
- Verifica dei lavori eseguiti, raccolta delle misurazioni, aggiornamento del budget sulla base delle quantità reali e monitoraggio delle principali risorse impiegate in cantiere.
- Redazione del rapporto mensile di Controllo dei Costi , utilizzando la metodologia Earned Value Management (EVM) secondo la WBS di progetto; analisi degli scostamenti e predisposizione dei report sulle performance.
- Sviluppo del programma lavori e monitoraggio dell'avanzamento fisico ed economico, con analisi delle deviazioni durante l'intero ciclo di vita del progetto.
In caso di partecipazione a progetti in joint venture non gestiti direttamente , il ruolo prevede inoltre:
- Partecipazione ai tavoli tecnici della JV per la redazione delle previsioni economico-finanziarie e trasposizione nei formati aziendali.
- Analisi dei report economici JV e confronto con le previsioni aziendali.
- Supporto ai membri aziendali nei Comitati Tecnici/Amministrativi su temi di Project Control.
- Contributo attivo alle valutazioni delle performance interne.
Requisiti richiesti
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Edile, Civile o Gestionale .
- Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo di Project Control / Cost Control Manager , preferibilmente in ambito infrastrutturale.
- Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di pianificazione e controllo di progetto, in particolare della metodologia Earned Value .
- Padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office , in particolare Excel .
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e francese .
- Disponibilità a trasferte .
Requisiti preferenziali
- Conoscenza dei software STR Vision CPM e Infor LN .
- Conoscenza della lingua tedesca .

The ideal candidate will have extensive procurement expertise, particularly in onshore, offshore, and upstream environments. Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of a regional team and global client(s) to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy, structures, processes and metrics of the team to deliver outstanding client satisfaction for a key client.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned client team members including managing performance metrics, accountability for outcomes and work distribution, performance evaluations, and ensuring the seamless integration of the Project Management team services.
+ Grow and develop the Project Management team including development of succession plans and individual development plans.
