**Parts Sales Manager (f/m/d)**
**Job Summary:**
The Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for development and growth of aftermarket and proprietary part sales for Textron Aviation products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develops and implements systems, procedures, and techniques to ensure effective and efficient customer communications are translated into parts sales relationships that benefit the customer and Textron Aviation.
* Serves as the contact and focal point for customers within the assigned region regarding parts sales. Actively initiates sales dialogue between Textron Aviation and potential and existing customers.
* Develops regional parts sales strategies focused on collaboration with key stakeholders to support our customers and grow parts sales across all market segments.
* Utilizes analytics to research and identify potential sales opportunities, and aggressively pursues sales leads provided by Textron Aviation employees and customers.
* Uses a variety of marketing techniques to secure sales for Textron Aviation including site-based visits, telemarketing, and written correspondence. Utilizes and maintains Textron Aviation's CRM platform Salesforce.com.
* Develops and implements localized marketing strategies in conjunction with Marketing team that increase customer awareness of capabilities and contribute to the financial goals and objectives of the company.
* Provides pipeline and sales reports and strategy updates to the organization as requested (e.g. sales trend analysis, projected service volume by quarter, service sales forecasts) for the use in annual budgets, staffing, and long-term planning.
* Attends sales meetings and aviation conferences/conventions as a marketing representative AM Sales network
* Maintains and improves product knowledge by participating in training programs, outside seminars, reading product literature and publications. Cross trains for key management positions to increase operational knowledge and provide staffing flexibility. Assumes other supervisory duties as assigned.
* Assists with research for external and internal parts and material cost and availability to determine procurement means to support interior refurbishment and modification projects.
* Travel as required, planning for minimum of two weeks per month to visit customers and participate in trade events.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree required
* Sales experience/focus preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Possesses good organization and time management skills
The candidate must be able to utilize the systems of Textron Aviation i.e. CRM, SAP and the Microsoft suite. Candidate must be able to work in an autonomous self-directed environment to achieve the marketing strategies and sales control systems set forth by the company.Candidate must possess strong communication skills to achieve relationships with local Director's of Maintenance and brokers. Candidate must be willing to travel at least 75% of the time in all associated markets.

**Ihre Tätigkeiten**
+ Akquisition von Neukunden und Verkauf von pharmazeutischen Produkten, biologischen Produkten, Nutrazeutika und weiteren Dienstleistungen
+ Effektive und effiziente Planung der Besuche zur Zielerreichung
+ Durchführung von Potenzialanalysen zur besseren Einschätzung der Verkaufschancen auf dem Markt
+ Professionelles und leidenschaftliches Management der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von kundenspezifischen Meetings
+ Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von kundenspezifischen Gesprächen mit fundiertem Produktwissen
+ Organisation und Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen im Rahmen von Veterinär- und Endverbrauchermessen sowie Kongressen
+ Zusammenarbeit mit allen anderen relevanten Funktionen der Organisation (Marketing, Regulatory, Purchasing, Controlling etc.)
**Was Sie mitbringen sollten**
+ Naturwissenschaftliche oder höhere kaufmännische Ausbildung
+ Mehrjährige Saleserfahrung im Pharmaumfeld oder der Tiergesundheit
+ Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Zahlen und Statistiken und sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
+ Freundliche, offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit einem präzisen, strukturierten und effizienten Arbeitsstil
+ Versiert im Umgang mit Windows-Applikationen (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) sowie digitaler Kommunikations-Apps
+ Hohe Eigenmotivation, Zuverlässigkeit und gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen
+ Deutsch und Französisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift
