This role is pivotal to our SAP S/4 Transformation program in the EMEA region, which aims to enhance flexibility, improve customer services, and reduce complexity by implementing industry best practices and adopting the SAP clean core strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead Implementation:** Oversee the implementation of the new S/4 solution, managing resources (both internal and external), timelines, and budgets within the Retail and E-commerce area.

**Specific Duties:**
+ **Business Process Translation:** Translate business processes and requirements into system functionality.
+ **Collaboration:** Foster collaboration and trust to influence cross-functional teams, ensuring strategies are executed through reliable processes.
+ **SAP DTC Expertise:** Maintain deep knowledge of SAP capabilities, in Retail (assortment management, store allocation and replenishment, POS integration, store operations) and e-commerce end to end processes and integration with web platforms.
+ Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols (IDOCs, BAPIs, APIs.) is requested.
+ Experience: also, in Sales and Distribution, Logistics, ATP is preferred
+ **Retail and E-com Process SME:** Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Retail and E-commerce processes and solutions, ensuring all requirements are met per fashion industry best practices
+ **Documentation:** Collaborate with business and team members to identify and document business processes, functional specifications, test plans/scripts, and deployment plans.
+ **Solution Design:** Design future DTC solutions, enhancements, and continuous improvements for SAP based on business priorities and initiatives
+ **Security Role Definitions:** Define security roles for users in the SAP DTC space and participate in the segregation of duties
+ **Support Transition:** Coordinate with application support to ensure a seamless transition from Hypercare activities.
+ **Audit Controls:** Manage and satisfy SAP audit controls and pertinent SOX program requirements.
+ **Hands-on Experience:** Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and Fiori interface preferred.
**Skills for Success**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related area preferred, or equivalent work experience.
+ **Experience:** 8+ years of experience with SAP, including Retail vertical solution, Sales and Distributions and Logistics in the footwear and apparel industry. Experience in the implementation of SAP for a multinational group is required.
+ **Skills:** Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints. Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyse new issues is critical.
+ **Leadership:** Experience in leading DTC operations for Product & Technology groups preferred.
+ **Self-Starter:** Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style.
+ **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
