A successful Senior Solutions Engineer will not only maintain a technical understanding of Splunk solutions, but also build cross-functional relationships with Solution Architects and Professional Service account team members to build scale and impact Splunk's continued growth.
**What You'll Do/Key responsibilities:**
+ Develop and maintain deep expertise of Splunk's portfolio, use-cases, and its alignment to customer challenges and objectives
+ Own Splunk's portfolio, holistic technical engagement, and customer experience in your accounts
+ Drive deeper and broader penetration of Splunk's products within your accounts
+ Operationalize Splunk's foundational solutions comprised of hybrid/cloud, security, and observability in the customer's environment
+ Build and maintain relationships with key customer personas
+ Assemble and lead relevant Splunk technical resources as required to ensure optimal customer outcomes
+ Evangelize Splunk's use-cases at theater/regional industry events and with customers and partners in your region
**Minimum Qualifications for the role:**
+ 2-4 years related experience in selling and delivering enterprise software solutions for cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments
+ 2-4 years related experience working in or recommending SaaS delivery model
+ 2-4 years relevant experience in cyber security and/or observability is highly desired
+ Ability to create, lead and evolve a customer technical account strategy, engaging an extended ecosystem of supporting resources to deliver the customer's expected business outcomes
+ Ability to establish trusted technical advisor status with your customers
+ Familiarity with programming and scripting (e.g. Python, Javascript, etc.)
+ Relevant software proven experience in the following: IT Operations/Solutions, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, DevOps, business applications, and/or analytics.
+ First practical experience with public cloud infrastructure and understanding of cloud economics highly desirable (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
+ First experience of current infrastructure and application monitoring solutions in the industry, experience in the SIEM and Observability space is a must.
+ Experience in the security space like EDR, XDR, SOC, SOAR, ITOps is a plus
+ Experience in working with Austrian Enterprise customers is a plus

Supporto all'infrastruttura di sistema (Windows Server 2019, VMware vSphere, Azure); gestione dei backup dati tramite Veeam, seguendo la strategia GFS (Grandfather-Father-Son).

• Gestione delle tecnologie di rete : Cisco FirePower, Checkpoint; configurazione e manutenzione della rete (DHCP, VPN, VLAN).

• Monitoraggio e analisi dell'infrastruttura tramite PRTG, VeeamOne, Zabbix; impostazione di allarmi e monitoraggio delle prestazioni del sistema e della rilevazione di minacce.

• Sviluppo e manutenzione di script e soluzioni automatizzate utilizzando PowerShell, Bash e Python, per ottimizzare la gestione dell'infrastruttura, della sicurezza e dei processi.

Il candidato ideale deve soddisfare i seguenti requisiti:

• Ampia esperienza pratica nella cybersecurity ? inclusa l'implementazione, la gestione e il monitoraggio di sistemi di sicurezza, protocolli e pratiche all'interno di ambienti enterprise

• Comprovata competenza nella progettazione e nell'applicazione di politiche di sicurezza , gestione dei rischi, conduzione di audit di sicurezza e risposta a minacce o incidenti

• Solida conoscenza della sicurezza di rete , protezione degli endpoint, gestione delle identità e degli accessi, crittografia dei dati e architetture di sistema sicure

• Esperienza dimostrabile nella conduzione o nel supporto a progetti di cybersecurity , come ad esempio migrazioni con approccio ?security-first?, deployment sicuri in cloud, valutazioni di vulnerabilità, implementazione di standard di conformità come ISO 27001 o NIST

• Esperienza consolidata sia in ambienti Windows che Linux , con capacità di integrare e mettere in sicurezza i sistemi interni

• Capacità di formare gli stakeholder interni sulle best practice di cybersecurity e promuovere l'adozione di workflow e strumenti sicuri

• Certificazioni rilevanti come CISSP, CISM, CEH o simili rappresentano un forte valore aggiunto

Almeno 5 anni di solida esperienza nella sicurezza informatica, con una base consolidata nella gestione dell'infrastruttura IT. Conoscenza approfondita ed esperienza pratica con:
