Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and optimize algorithms for real-time 2D/3D image evaluation
+ Connect IoT devices to edge and cloud infrastructure
+ Develop drivers for component communication (e.g., I2C, Ethernet)
+ Work with state-of-the-art technologies, including high-speed cameras and Xilinx SoCs with heterogeneous multiprocessor systems
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
+ BS, MS or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering or related engineering disciplines
Years and Type of Experience:
+ 3-5 years background in agile product development
+ 3+ years experience in embedded software development
Key Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities:
+ Strong analytical skills; independent and structured work style; hands-on and self-driven approach; high interest in new innovative technologies and enjoy working in a dynamic team
+ Proficiency in C++, embedded Linux, and multithreading

Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in computer science and significant experience in software development, particularly in industrial or embedded environments.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain software using C/C++, C# languages.
+ Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure optimal system integration.
+ Analyze and debug software errors, read logs, and manage release processes.
+ Use development environments such as Visual Studio and version control tools (e.g., SVN).
+ Participate in design, validation, or maintenance projects of technical software.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a full stack software engineer to strengthen our software team within. In this challenging position, you will be a key member of our PCR HW Chapter, drive innovation and create added value for our customers in the area of healthcare Mol lab, Core lab and Point of care customer areas. + Experience with Linux Dockers, basic scripting knowledge would be an advantage, experience with C++ and Linux, familiarity with common Rust libraries and frameworks (e.g., tokio, actix-web, rocket, serde, sqlx). Also, RabbitMQ knowledge would be an advantage. Experience with CAN bus
+ Event-Driven Architecture knowledge would be an advantage
