For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Life Sciences sector in Basel, we are looking:
User Experience Administrator
Your Tasks:
-Facility Management for two customer locations in Switzerland including daily office operations, supplier contract reviews, budget planning and stakeholder management
-Focus on Hospitality, customer service requests and guest management
-Coordinating & managing events effectively including set-up, communication, catering, etc.
-Creating offers and calculations, identify savings potential
-Scheduling and preparing meetings incl. outlook management and other administrative tasks
-Implementing, streamlining and updating work processes
-Acts as deputy for Facility Manager or Receptionist as needed.
-Performs administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders, surveillance of the invoicing and payment process, creating and updating documents or presentations, especially for Finance and HSEQ topics
-Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms. Coordinates setup of conference/meetings rooms.
-Orders office supplies and other common use items for the location, such as kitchen and cleaning consumables.
-Requests building and housekeeping services as needed, helps managing suppliers. Periodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition. Arranges equipment service as needed.
-Maintains records and logs of service requests in Si7 tracks their status and provides client feedback.
-Attends HSE trainings to meet requirement of the role as defined by the Global Quality & HSE Lead.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Your profile:
-Knowledge PC skills, MS Office
-Self-motivated and resourceful
-Good administrative skills
-Well organised and good prioritisation and planning skills
-Service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking
-Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry
-Working knowledge of the predominant languages in which business is conducted at the site is required, and a professional level of English.
-Customer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levels
-Basic understanding of HSE
-Good communication skills

Missions :
- Participer à la conception des interfaces utilisateurs, créer des designs d'interfaces intuitives et esthétiques pour des démarches en ligne et des applications métier, en veillant à la cohérence visuelle et à l'ergonomie
- Développer des maquettes interactives, des wireframes, et des prototypes haute-fidélité pour tester des flux d'interaction et valider des concepts avec les utilisateurs et les équipes internes
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les UX Designers, Développeurs, Analystes, et Product Owners pour garantir l'harmonie entre design et fonctionnalités
- Participer à la recherche utilisateur pour comprendre les besoins et comportements des utilisateurs afin de concevoir les décisions de design
- Participer à des tests utilisateurs pour recueillir des retours sur les designs et identifier des pistes d'amélioration
- Créer, structurer et maintenir des bibliothèques de composants pour assurer la cohérence des designs à travers les projets
- Participer, recevoir et intégrer les retours des utilisateurs et des parties prenantes pour améliorer les designs en continu
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils, et en particulier concernant le Design system,
- Participer à la structuration et à l'amélioration des pratiques UX/UI.
Profil recherché :
- Titulaire d'un diplôme d'étude supérieure ou brevet fédéral ou diplôme HES, en design graphique, design d'interaction, design d'expérience utilisateur ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience minimum de 3 ans en tant qu' UI Designer ou sur un poste similaire
- Expertise autour des principes de design UI (typographie, couleurs, mise en page, iconographie), et de prototypage, avec une capacité à créer des maquettes et prototypes interactifs pour tester des concepts
- Connaissance approfondie de l'outil Figma et de la création de librairies graphiques dans un contexte de développement Front-End avec les technologies HTML5, CSS3, Vue3
- Capacité à accompagner une équipe de développement, et à travailler efficacement en collaboration avec les UX Designer, Product Owner, les Tech Lead, les Développeurs et les autres parties prenantes
- Capacité à présenter les idées et appuyer ses choix de design
- Créativité, curiosité intellectuelle, sens du détail et rigueur

Missions :
- Concevoir et maintenir le design system, en veillant à son évolution continue et à son adéquation avec les produits existants et futurs
- Réaliser des audits de conformité aux standards d'accessibilité, à la charte graphique, d'expérience utilisateur et proposer des améliorations
- Développer et faire évoluer les composants Figma, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes produits pour garantir la cohérence et faciliter l'intégration
- Assurer l'adéquation des designs avec les exigences techniques et les objectifs des autres équipes produits, en facilitant la communication et l'alignement des priorités
- Assurer la conduite de revues d'accessibilité et de performance pour assurer la qualité des interfaces utilisateurs
- Analyser les retours des utilisateurs et les données d'usage pour proposer des améliorations sur l'expérience et la performance des interfaces
- Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils UX/UI, en intégrant des retours de tests et des retours d'expérience dans le design system

Profil recherché :
