As Sr. Manager of Consumer Analytics you will partner closely with brand teams in EMEA - across marketing, merchandising, planning, finance - to drive data-driven decisions aimed at improving acquisition, engagement, and retention of our consumer base, ultimately expanding consumer lifetime value (CLV).

**Skills for Success**
To succeed as Sr Manager, Consumer Analytics you must translate complex consumer data into actionable insights and influence multiple stakeholders. Rigorous analytical skills, combined with communication and influencing skills will help you drive impact, behavior change, and consumer-centric culture. We are looking for someone with:
+ Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience in consumer analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally within a consumer business or digital marketplace environment
+ Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; proficiency with data visualization tools
+ Creative and collaborative approach to analytical problem-solving
+ Solid understanding of testing principles, experimental design frameworks, and advanced testing methodologies (e.g., multivariate analysis, causal inference, DiD, etc.)
+ Strong technical and analytical skills; SQL skills required, Python skills preferred
+ Self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities and multiple stakeholders

In this role as **Business Operations Specialist** , you will develop, maintain and execute sales-related reporting, procedures and operations with the goal to support the brand in planning and executing the financial plan.
You will be responsible for planning and managing the commercial terms in partnership with the sales leaders, facilitating the evolution of the terms by matching the brand revenue and margin objectives with the marketplace needs.
Along with the sales analysis team you will drive the reporting area and you will also make sure all the relevant operations are properly set to run the sales campaigns in partnership with the other brand departments.
Ultimately you will also have a key role in the execution of Mercury, supporting VF and the brand in simplifying and harmonizing the customer interaction with VF and ultimately enhancing the service through a clear and tailored journey for each persona.
**How You Will Make a Difference**
You will achieve this by:
+ **T&Cs Planning:** partner with the sales leaders to model a robust process of T&Cs change and evolution, allocating the appropriate accountability, establishing the relevant decision making milestones and a proper tracking to measure results.
+ **Discount** : maintain and develop the standard discount structure, planning and monitoring the discount applications during the season through the T&C tool and the appropriate reporting.
+ **Data governance:** coordinate the brand requirements and align with the VF BI teams to ensure the BI platform provides the brand with the appropriate dashboards and reports as well as to ensure the reporting datasets are enriched with all the appropriate dimensions to create specific brand reporting.
+ **Reporting:** support the brand and the whs channel through the development and mainteinance of both standardized and ad-hoc reports. Also, maintain and further develop the team reporting portal to increase the autonomy of the users and create efficiency in the end-to-end reporting journey.
+ **Master data:** ensure that all the settings are properly set and maintained in SAP. Partner with the salesforce and the other brand departments to shape new processes and procedures continuously supporting the evolution of the brand.
+ **Mercury** : implement the execution of the new RACI for which Business Operation is responsible, assigning roles and responsibilities in the team and shaping the relevant forums to facilitate the x-dept interactions. Attend project meetings to support the development and implementation of new requirements.
**Skills for Success**
+ University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or economics
+ Past experience in financial planning /sales analysis/sales ops
+ Good communication skills in English
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powe BI and effective presentations skills in Microsoft PowerPoint or any related tool
+ High energetic and goal oriented
+ Great at getting things done and able to create, maintain and develop relationship with various departments

You'll identify key opportunities both post-booking and after assortments have landed at the Strategic Account. These insights will inform future assortment planning and enable Quick Turn and Short Lead Time initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of consumer insights, market dynamics, and product strategy. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-Design, Product Development, Planning, Marketing, and Sales-to build assortments that reflect both commercial potential and brand vision.
**How You'll Make a Difference**
You'll contribute by identifying key market trends and patterns across Strategic Accounts and DTC, building seasonal assortments, and acting as the bridge between product merchants and key account sales managers. Specifically, you will:
+ Develop and execute merchandising strategies tailored to Intersport Group's market positioning and customer base
+ Support the strategic account merchandising strategy across key accounts
+ Brief account-specific SMUs into the Product Engine
+ Drive segmentation and differentiation strategies in collaboration with channel counterparts
+ Influence regional merchants to build consumer-relevant assortments that drive profitable growth

+ Analyze market trends, shifts, and downturns, and provide feedback to Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing to improve product plans and GTM processes

**What You Need to Succeed**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, with a strong understanding of the sporting goods retail landscape
+ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
+ Proven experience managing key accounts and building long-term commercial relationships
+ Deep understanding of outdoor, streetwear, or sportswear markets and consumer trends
+ Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
+ Proficiency in merchandising tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
+ Willingness to travel regularly to stores, partners, and internal meetings

This role is pivotal to our SAP S/4 Transformation program in the EMEA region, which aims to enhance flexibility, improve customer services, and reduce complexity by implementing industry best practices and adopting the SAP clean core strategy.
Role will report to the Global DTC Director, providing also support on the Global Initiatives
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead Implementation:** Oversee the implementation of the new S/4 solution, managing resources (both internal and external), timelines, and budgets within the Retail and E-commerce area.
+ **Adopt Best Practices:** Promote the adoption of industry best practices by leveraging S/4 standard capabilities.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Facilitate collaboration across teams, manage and reconcile multiple stakeholder views, resolve conflicts, and address diverse audience perspectives.
+ **Team Development:** Develop and mentor a team of professional managers and experienced individual contributors within your domain.
**Specific Duties:**
+ **Business Process Translation:** Translate business processes and requirements into system functionality.
+ **Collaboration:** Foster collaboration and trust to influence cross-functional teams, ensuring strategies are executed through reliable processes.
+ **SAP DTC Expertise:** Maintain deep knowledge of SAP capabilities, in Retail (assortment management, store allocation and replenishment, POS integration, store operations) and e-commerce end to end processes and integration with web platforms.
+ Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols (IDOCs, BAPIs, APIs.) is requested.
+ Experience: also, in Sales and Distribution, Logistics, ATP is preferred
+ **Retail and E-com Process SME:** Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Retail and E-commerce processes and solutions, ensuring all requirements are met per fashion industry best practices
+ **Documentation:** Collaborate with business and team members to identify and document business processes, functional specifications, test plans/scripts, and deployment plans.
+ **Solution Design:** Design future DTC solutions, enhancements, and continuous improvements for SAP based on business priorities and initiatives
+ **Security Role Definitions:** Define security roles for users in the SAP DTC space and participate in the segregation of duties
+ **Support Transition:** Coordinate with application support to ensure a seamless transition from Hypercare activities.
+ **Audit Controls:** Manage and satisfy SAP audit controls and pertinent SOX program requirements.
+ **Hands-on Experience:** Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and Fiori interface preferred.
**Skills for Success**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related area preferred, or equivalent work experience.
+ **Experience:** 8+ years of experience with SAP, including Retail vertical solution, Sales and Distributions and Logistics in the footwear and apparel industry. Experience in the implementation of SAP for a multinational group is required.
+ **Skills:** Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints. Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyse new issues is critical.
+ **Leadership:** Experience in leading DTC operations for Product & Technology groups preferred.
+ **Self-Starter:** Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style.
