Du bist unsere Person, wenn wir uns hundertprozentig auf dich verlassen können. Als Mitglied unseres Lagerteams bist du für das Gelingen unserer Events mitverantwortlich, denn du pflegst das Lager und den Warenbestand, hälst das Equipment sauber und in Funktion.
Du kommissionierst das Eventmaterial, lädst die Transporter und wenn nötig bist du auch beim Aufbau der Veranstaltung involviert. Dies macht deine Arbeit sehr abwechslungsreich und du bist in der ganzen Schweiz unterwegs. Da zahlreiche Events auch am Wochenende stattfinden, kommt auch dann viel Arbeit auf dich zu und es kann auch mal später werden.
Profil
Du bist zuverlässig und motiviert, hast ein professionelles Auftreten, handwerklich versiert und idealerweise zwischen 25 und 45 Jahre jung und bringst folgendes Eigentschaften und Qualifikationen mit:

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.

**Aufgaben**
+ Termingerechte Bereitstellung und Produktion aller Angebotskomponenten sowie Service im jeweiligen Arbeitsbereich
+ Kochen im Frontcooking
+ Respektvoller Umgang mit dem Produkt
+ Zubereitung nach Rezeptur, inkl. Degustation und kontinuierlichem Verbesserungsprozess
+ Einhalten von Hygienebestimmungen (TQM / HACCP)
+ Wirtschaftliches Arbeiten um Ziele der Firma zu erreichen
+ Verantwortlich für die korrekte und ordentliche Lagerung der Waren in den Kühl, Tiefkühl und Lagerbereichen - tägliche Kontrolle
+ Sichere Warenbewirtschaftung sowie interne und externe Bestellungen tätigen
+ Tägliches führen der Inventarlisten und Mitarbeit bei der monatlichen Inventur
**Profil**
+ Du hast eine abgeschlossene Kochausbildung (EFZ)
+ Du verfügst über mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (exkl. Ausbildungsjahre)
+ Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich des Frontcooking
+ Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
+ Du besitzt ein Durchsetzungsvermögen
+ Du hast eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und übernimmst Verantwortung
+ Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich

**Hauptgründe für den Job:**
+ Zubereitung von saisonalen Gerichten und Menüs unter Berücksichtigung der Vorlieben unserer Gäste und aktueller Ernährungstrends.
+ Entwicklung neuer Rezepte und das Experimentieren mit innovativen Zutaten.
+ Vorbereitung der Zutaten, wie das Waschen, Schälen und Schneiden von Gemüse sowie die Portionierung von Fleisch.
+ Zubereitung von Suppen, Salaten, Fleisch-, Gemüse- und Dessertgerichten unter Verwendung passender Küchengeräte, Messer und Pfannen.
+ Anwendung verschiedener Kochtechniken, darunter Kochen, Sautieren, Dämpfen, Schmoren, Gratinieren und Braten.
+ Sorgfältiges Anrichten und Garnieren der Speisen vor der Übergabe an das Servicepersonal.
+ Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Küchenbereich.
**Was du mitbringen sollst?**
+ Eine abgeschlossene Schulausbildung
+ Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen durch ein Praktikum in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie
+ Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Ausdauer & Durchhaltevermögen
