Legal Counsel (Corporate-Commercial)POSITION MISSION
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the corporate and commercial legal activities of ECA and the ECA legal department. - Provide legal guidance and advice to ECA and its different departments on commercial legal matters, including a variety of commercial contracts such purchase of goods & services, ITcontracts, IP related contracts, event related contracts, sponsor & partnership agreements etc.

- Support the drafting and review of GDPR policies and other compliance matters.
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 years of proven legal experience at a reputable law firm or international organisation.
- A generalist legal counsel who is comfortable handling diverse legal matters but with a proven experience in corporate law and commercial contracts with a strong commercial approach.
EDUCATION
- A completed Bachelor & Master of Laws (or equivalent). A bar qualification will be considered a strong asset, but it is not a requirement.
- Studies and/or knowledge of Swiss law will be considered a strong asset but are not a requirement.
- Advanced computer software skills, including Word as well as presentation with PowerPoint.
- Native or Fluent English and French (minimum C1 in writing). Additional languages, especially Spanish, or Italian, are a strong asset.
SKILLS

Dans le cadre d'une mission temporaire de 4 mois, nous recherchons un(e) juriste spécialisé(e) en propriété intellectuelle, capable de s'intégrer rapidement et de travailler de manière autonome. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) dispose d'une solide expérience en IP et peut intervenir de manière opérationnelle dès le début de la mission.

Missions
- Fournir des conseils juridiques sur les questions de propriété intellectuelle (marques, brevets, droits d'auteur, licences, etc.)
- Rédiger, analyser et négocier des contrats liés à la propriété intellectuelle
- Accompagner les équipes internes sur les problématiques IP et les stratégies de protection
- Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur et les politiques internes
- Collaborer avec des conseils externes si nécessaire
Profil du candidat
- 5 à 6 ans d'expérience en droit de la propriété intellectuelle
- Expérience préalable en cabinet d'avocats ou en entreprise
- Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais , à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Personne autonome, rigoureuse et orientée solutions
- brevet d'avocat un atout mais pas nécessaire
