Was deine Rolle bei Adfinis ist
Als CDM bist du der erste Live-Kontakt von Adfinis zu unseren potentiellen Kunden, begleitest diese auf ihrer Customer Journey (frontstage) und koordinierst alle Informationen, Beratungen und Angebotsunterlagen (backstage), die der Kunde benötigt, um ein Angebot annehmen zu können. Develop and implement best practices for system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup, with an eye on automating recurring tasks, security processes, and responding to security incidents

• Security Operations (SecOps):   combine traditional infrastructure engineering skills with cybersecurity expertise to secure and manage the organization's IT infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards
• Multi-Cloud Management:   manage multi-cloud environments, leveraging the strengths of the Azure and on-prem VMware platforms to meet business needs. Ensure seamless integration, interoperability, and efficient resource utilization across public, private, and hybrid cloud infrastructures
• Collaboration and Communication:   Work closely with stakeholders, understanding business requirements and deliver effective IT solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner
• Knowledge Management:   promote structured architectural and operations knowledge and documentation, supporting systems management, troubleshooting, and strategic planning

Il tuo profilo

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, databases, backup, HA/DR strategies, virtualization technologies
• Strong understanding of security principles, frameworks, and best practices; NIST/CIS or ISO 27001 exposure will be considered a plus
• At least 4 years hands-on experience in managing and architecting cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Italian and English, any other language is an asset
• Will be considered a plus the following certifications: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ104) / Any VMware infrastructure related advanced certification (i.e. VCAP, VCF)
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 42010 is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
