Join us as our HR Business Partner and contribute to a dynamic, agile, and matrix-based HR organization.
**How you will contribute :**
Reporting to the HR Site Lead, and in charge of a specific group of local employees, you will:

**What you bring to Takeda:**
+ Bachelor's degree minimum. Master's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience within HR.
+ Previous experience as HRBP for at least 3 years in a fast past environment.
+ HR Knowledge - understands industry and business. Curious and up to date on current and possible future trends related to a broad spectrum of HR practices.
+ Strong knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and implementation with pragmatism in a manufacturing environment
+ Experience in Time management systems (good understanding of employees scheduling linked to manufacturing requirements and tracking through HRIS tool)s.
